Membership plans can include scheduled visits for grouped minor repairs, condition checks and preventative maintenance, helping identify and resolve smaller issues before they become larger problems.

Everyday Maintenance
Support covers the issues businesses deal with most: plumbing, lighting, doors and locks, washrooms, kitchens, flooring, ceilings, furniture and general making-good. Regulated work is assigned to appropriately qualified trades where required.

Door adjustments, handles, hinges, locks, closers and associated hardware can all become disruptive when they fail in busy premises.

Support for lighting faults, replacement fittings and appropriate minor electrical maintenance, using suitable competent trades where required.
